Today started out very badly. I had a horrible anxiety attack and had a hard time getting through it. So in order to calm down I worked on some of my photography. I found this picture that I took in the back yard of my Father's house and it reminded me of my Higher power and how much she is always there for me. The beauty of the sun through the trees made me smile so I thought I would share all with you. I am also looking forward to my Aunt coming down this fall so we will hopefully get a chance to take pictures together. She inspires me. From now on I will remember the sun showing through the trees and hope it helps to keep me level headed!
