Happy Birthday Stephen! He would have been 20 years old today. I remember the day he was born. I had been in labor for 3 long days before we did a c-section. After I checked to make sure he has 10 fingers and 10 toes I looked into my boys face. I remember thinking that he looked like any old man trapped in a babies body. Stephen always wanted to be older than he really was. He spent his entire life trying to grow up fast. Today Laura,Tina, Mom,Zak,Ben, Mia, Deshawn, and I went to the cemetary and released a dozen green and black balloons in honor of Stephen. It was a beautiful sight, and a tradition we plan to do every year. Then all of us went out for a nice lunch and just hung out as a family. We shared stories about Stephen and laughed. Then we came home so Sean and I could spend sometime together. I hope that all remember Stephen today with smile.

PS I doubt softball will be in my future in WA. I can't play anymore and I don't have the real ability to coach.
