Updates

For the last couple weeks I have been dealing with some intense pain in my lower abdomen. At first I thought it was just part of that time of the month. After my monthly visit was over, however, the pain was still there and getting worse. So I went to the Doctor. They did blood work and a sonogram and found a couple of masses in my left ovary and one mass in my right. The Doc seemed a bit concerned about this so he scheduled me for a biopsy, and said the dreaded "C" word. I am unable to get the biopsy done until after the
25Th due to money and insurance paperwork. So I have been just gritting my teeth. Today the pain got so bad that I found myself in the ER. After many hours of waiting and two sonograms later we found that an ovarian cyst had ruptured. Two of the masses are still there and seem to be growing slightly.The ER doc seems to think that the other masses are cysts as well and told me not to worry too much. Right now I am still in a bit of pain and terrified. Please keep me in your prayers and send healing energy my way! I will keep you all posted!
