The Boys are Here!!!

The Day started out pretty normal, around 9:30 am Sean called me and asked if I was going to the hospital with him...They had broken Eden's water and were going to start her on Pitocin to help her progress.I was at the hospital by 10 and Sean got there shortly after I did.Eden was remarkably calm and in good spirits. Fast Forward 10 hours to 8pm...Eden is now dilated to a 10 and she is getting ready to push. Archer Allen Thomas made his appearance first at 11:48pm weighing in at 4lbs 4oz. He scared the new parents by not breathing for a little bit and had to be intubated. Once they got all the mucus out of his throat he pinked up and seemed to be fine.
Murdoc Jones Thomas followed closely behind his brother, making his appearance at 11:54pm weighing in at 4lbs 10oz. Both Boys were taken up to NICU pretty quickly. Eden and Sean finally got to go up and see their boys at around 3am... followed closely by yours truly! I must say my Grandsons are beautiful! Both boys were born with dark brown hair, Archer looks more like Eden and Murdoc looks like Sean. The next 24 hours might be tough especially on Archer, but as of now they are both doing good and Eden is doing great! Thank you for all the prayers and positive energy!!
