It is November 11th and it is 80 degrees in North Texas...unbelievable!Fall is my favorite time of year, but not if it's just going to look like an extended version of summer! I want to see the leaves change color, I want to pull out my sweaters and sweatshirts and actually WEAR them! I wore capris and a t-shirt yesterday for Pete's sake! I am envious of My Dad and Sharon who are soon moving back to the Northeast where there is a distinction between the seasons! I have lived in Texas longer than I have lived any where else in my lifetime so I do consider it to be my home but I do hate the weather. I heard a woman say yesterday,"Thank God it's not REAL Fall weather here!" Whats so wrong with real fall weather? DO Texans even know what real fall weather is? Breezy 60-70 degrees, nice chill in the air, leaves turning all different shades of red, orange and yellow...Beautiful.How I miss my Virginia and New York falls....*sigh*
