weight loss update
I feel so good today.....I can now walk 2 miles in 30 min. on the treadmill burning almost 250 calories. I can do 40 crunches....something I could not do 3 weeks ago, and upped my weight to 50lbs on the strength circuit training! I have lost 11 lbs total so far and one pant size!!! Today is a good day!!
