Current events

I have often wondered if I made my life into a movie would anyone buy a ticket. Do I have to right mixture of emotions to make a amazing film? I haven't really done anything spectacular, I haven't taken on Corporate America and won, I have never climbed Mt Everest, and I have never won the Derby. But I have suvived the loss of a child, abuse, drug addiction, and suicidal depression.I have loved deeply and shared lots of laughter and crazy time with many people. I was thinking about this while Dina and I were making my audition video for The Biggest Loser. How do you convey who and what you are in a five minute piece of video? Is it even possible?
The audition saturday for the show went okay I suppose. You basically had about 1 minute to make a memorable impression. I got a laugh from one of the interviewers, I hope that was impression enough. Getting on this show means alot to me but I am not holding my breath, there were almost 500 people at the audition, my chances are about the same as me winning the lottery. I am proud of myself for getting out there and doing it. I said I was going to do something, and followed through and did it, thats progress in itself.
